PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

When you buy a product from Artstyle Pty Ltd as a consumer, the goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Laws.

Artstyle Pty Ltd warrants the massage product, when used in accordance with the products operating instructions or user manual, for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. (Deluxe massage chair is 1 year warranty)

This warranty covers household or domestic use and is not for commercial or public use or any other purposes.

Warranty includes cover for motorised, mechanical, electrical parts and material.

This Warranty does not apply

 (a) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

 (b) to damage caused by use with a third-party component.

(c) to damage or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fusion, improper installation, or lack of reasonable care.  

(d) to damage caused by fire, earthquake, floods, or other natural disasters.

(e) to damage caused by service or repairs performed by anyone who is not a representative of Artstyle Pty Ltd. 

(f)  if you cannot prove in any way that you are the original purchaser of the product (e.g. by presenting proof of purchase).

If during the warranty policy period, you submit a claim in respect of a defect, Artstyle Pty Ltd must at its option: (1) repair the product at no charge, or (2), replace the product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) that is at least functionally equivalent to the product.

Artstyle Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the method by which they provide warranty service to you, and your product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the geographic location where service is requested. Service options, parts availability and response times may vary according to your location. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the product cannot be serviced in your location.
