Is assembly required?

The Deluxe Mk11, Ultraslim, Dual Motor and Elite Massage Chairs come fully assembled. The Premium Plus requires the leg piece to be simply attached. The Ultimate comes in 3 boxes and delivery and installation is included with this model.

What type of massage style best suit me?

Each person is different in their requirements. We have many models to choose from, that suit most people and their budgets.

What is the warranty and what does it cover?

How do I make a claim under warranty?

Please email us at admin@artstylesupply.com.au with a description of your issue, and photos, or video, if possible. We then identify the issue and suggest a solution in the soonest possible time. Please include your invoice number / phone number and location in the email and we will arrange a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

Are your chairs compliant to Australian Standards?

All our Chairs are manufactured to Australian Standards, RCM compliant and have SAA Certification.

Do you arrange delivery?

Do you chairs offer heat therapy?

All our range of massage chairs offer hot compress wormwood heating on waist/back/calves.

What does S/L Track mean?

This relates to the length of the massage rail. Most chairs range from 105-125cm. Artstyle chairs are design to reach 135cm - 167cm offering maximum massage coverage to offer the user the Ultimate Massage Experience.

Do your chairs have Bluetooth Connectivity?

All our chairs have Bluetooth HIFI Surround sound. Simply pair with your device and listen to your favourite music/podcast while you enjoy your massage.

What is the maximum weight for the chairs?

All our chairs come with a maximum weight limit of 150kg.
