Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
You agree to use the website only for purposes that are permitted by these terms, including the purchase of goods and services online, in our displays, over the phone or via email communication.
In these terms and conditions:
“Us”, “We”, “Ours” and “Company” means “Artstyle Pty Ltd” trading as “Artstyle Massage Chairs”
“Customer”, “You”, “Purchaser “, “Consumer”, or “Guest” refers to the legal identity of the purchaser or guest online.
“Order” or “sale” means the purchase made by you online, in our displays, over the phone or via email communication.
"Deal" or "Offer" means the specially negotiated price for the sale period.
“Pre-order” refers to any items that are out of stock. Anticipating that they are in stock on or around the date of dispatch stated on the product listing.
Website User Agreement
By accessing and/or using the website, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time
Tampering with the Site, misrepresenting your identity, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities are prohibited.
In accordance with our privacy policy, statistical information is collected in relation to your online browsing experience, but your personal details remain anonymous.
We take all necessary steps to ensure our website is safe to use. We expect that you will take all precautions to prevent the unlikely event that a virus or interference results in damage to your computer when using this website.
Your Personal or Guest Account
Artstyle Pty Ltd respects your privacy and your details whether collected as a registered or guest user are handled in accordance to our privacy policy and used only for the purpose in which it was originally intended unless you have otherwise consented to the information being used for a secondary purpose.
You may access and/or use the website as a guest or as a member.
To become a member of the website, you must provide your name and address, telephone number, a valid email address and nominate a password. If you do not provide accurate and complete details, we may not be able to activate your membership or supply products to you.
We only permit one account per email address.
You must not use another members" account without permission.
You must keep your password secure as you are responsible for any activity on your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or any unauthorised use of your password or account.
We reserve the right to terminate a member’s account on 24 hours’ notice for any reason whatsoever including without limitation, where we suspect the member has breached these terms.
If you use the site as a guest, we cannot provide you with the full services that are offered to a registered user.
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to register as a member of the website or purchase products from the website.
Orders and Purchases
Please choose carefully. We recommend you carefully review any orders before finalising the sale on the website check out.
Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Prices do not include delivery and handling charges and are subject to change.
Prices we display on our website may change without notice. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the price is fixed.
When placing an order, you agree to pay the applicable delivery cost as calculated during the checkout process on our website.
We reserve the right to correct printing or display errors.
We reserve the right to reject or refuse an order before it has been dispatched. If an order is rejected or refused, we will endeavour to notify you using the contact details provided on the order.
Orders can be placed via email, telephone communication, in person or by completing the checkout process on the website. When placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase the product selected upon this agreement.
Your order is deemed as received when we send you an order confirmation via email to the address provided to us.
We reserve the right to alter the specification of our goods at any time, without providing the customer notice, but only in the interest of product improvement.
Gift Card Purchases
Gift cards have 3-year expiry from the purchase date.
You must keep your code safe. We hold no responsibility if you lose your code.
Payments
We accept payment for orders by cash, direct deposit, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American express
The website has leading SSL security ensuring that your credit card details remain secure.
Payments will process at the completion of the order and an order confirmation will be sent via email. Funds transfer or settlement are subject to banking conditions.
Supply and Delivery
We will supply the products to you as shown on your Order confirmation or Invoice.
If product is not available, you will be notified prior to the completion of your order. And offered delivery when the item is back in stock.
Your order may not be trackable via your account management if the third-party freight provider is unable to provide tracking information.
Delivery will occur within the times determined by your location.
Costs will be calculated depending on your delivery location and confirmed as part of your order.
Items will be delivered within the specified times. You may be contacted by a carrier to confirm delivery availability.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect delivery information, failure to supply valid signature if requested or re-delivery.
Clear driveway access to the purchasers premises must be provided to our installers when delivering a chair.
Some items may require a signature, in which case they will be returned to the depot.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Refunds are not permitted once an order has been placed, unless approved by our company.
Should products arrive to you damaged or broken. The item will be assessed, and repaired or replaced, in accordance with our warranty.
Any insignificant variations in finish or colour, as between the goods the purchaser receives and images that are shown on our website or demonstration models at one of our displays, or damage only to packaging, is not considered a fault and covered by warranty.
We may seek the reimbursement of costs that may be incurred by us when we find that a returned product is in good working order.
Returns are not accepted in the event where a purchaser changes their mind or deems the product to be different in some way to the product listed on our website or at one of our displays.
Pricing and Availability
If an item is shown in-stock, then it is generally available from Artstyle Pty Ltd. If an item is purchased but stock is no longer available, we will contact you to resolve the issue and either order the item or refund you in full.
We reserve the right not to publish feedback that we consider to be inflammatory or against the terms of our privacy policy.
Product Specification
The specification and features of our products are subject to change and do not require notice.
Any dimensions and weights mentioned are approximate.
Ownership of Goods and Delivery
In the event that shipping delays occur, we are not liable for any damage or loss that is caused by this delay and we cannot provide refunds for the purchase or delivery cost.
In the event that goods are damaged in transit with third party carriers, we will repair or replace the product under our warranty.
We will not despatch massage chairs or beds to a Po box address.
When the customer signs for delivery of the goods or the goods are delivered onto the purchaser’s property, the purchaser takes ownership of the goods.
Deliveries carried out by third party carriers are to the front door or garage at ground level. Delivery does not include assembly, placement, removal of packaging, carrying items up elevators, up or down stairs or inside a building.
Our nominated carrier will only deliver during working hours between Monday and Friday, unless otherwise arranged.
If the customer cancels an order after the order has been dispatched, the cancellation is at our company’s discretion. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returns or redirection.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content and composition of this site and any of our displays, is considered the property of our company. The content may not be used, reproduced, published, modified, or distributed.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify our company from any claims, taxes, expenses, loss, liability and/or damage that may be incurred our company in connection with your use of our company’s website or its products, outside of the specification provided by the manufactures user manual or manufacturers product manual.
